Zarounas Exports Limited maintains www.cyprusgrills.com (the “Site”) for your personal enjoyment, information, and communication. Please feel free to browse the Site. You may download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, personal use only. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, re-use, report, or use the contents of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text or images, without Zarounas Exports’ written permission.
Payment method
We accept payment only by using Paypal. For order more than 400€ and for wholesales order contact us by email at info@cyprusgrills.com.
Dispatch and Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of your payment. We will however, make every effort to dispatch within 4 working days from receipt of order. We use standard S.A.L. Postal services for the delivery which means that you will have to visit your nearest Post office to get your products. If you wish to use other postal services contact us prior ordering.
Packing & Delivery Costs
The cost of delivering your order will be quoted at the time of ordering, depending on its destination area and the volume of your final order.
If you wish to purchase multiple items (more than 10) exceeding 400€ contact us for discount before buying them.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you. You must return damaged/faulty goods within 10 days of receipt. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will despatch you a replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at your cost
Canceling your order
If you change your mind once you’ve placed an order, you have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions: If your whole order remains un-dispatched, we’ll be happy to cancel it and refund you in full immediately.
If your order has been dispatched, then you have the right to cancel the contract, in writing, within 7 working days from the day after you receive the order.
Once we are in receipt of the goods, we will refund you in full, (please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for completion of the transaction).
When you can return something
Any item you buy can be returned for refund or exchange within 14days of purchase (on your expense). The item(s) must be unassembled, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packing. Proof of purchase will be required prior to any action being undertaken on our part.
Amount of refund
Items returned to us having been previously assembled, used or damaged in any way, will be liable to deductions from the amount paid for the item, or refused for refund. Any items refused for refund will be provided with a full explanation as to the reasons why. Refused for refund items will be returned to the owner at our expense.
Any item, which has been sent to you in error, can be returned for replacement or refund within the first month, provided that it is un-assembled, unused and undamaged.
Guarantee
All cyprusgrills® products are guaranteed against normal usage for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
All cyprusgrills® products must be operated within the operating instructions provided. Motors that fail due to overloading, however caused are excluded from our guarantee.
All faults must be reported to us by email. We reserve the right to question the circumstances of any component failure in order to establish that normal usage guidelines have not been infringed. In this regard we may ask for a faulty component to be returned to us before a replacement is provided. In addition, we may ask for digital pictures to be sent to us.
Proof of purchase must be provided before any claim against the guarantee can be instigated.
